Price Estimates

 At Serene Credentialing, we prioritize offering competitive pricing to ensure our services remain accessible and beneficial to all clients. However, it's important to note that pricing can fluctuate depending on individual requirements and circumstances. This variability ensures that each client receives a fair and tailored pricing structure that aligns with their specific needs. Our pricing details are transparently outlined in the contract, providing clarity and confidence throughout the process. Additionally, to accommodate different financial situations, we offer the flexibility of payment in installments. Half of the total amount is due before the submission of the initial application, while the remaining balance is payable upon the completion of credentialing. This approach aims to make our services feasible and convenient for everyone we serve.

Initial Credentialing

$200-$300

This includes being credentialed with commercial plans such as Aetna, UHC, BCBS and more for the first time

Attestations

$50-$100

This includes attestations for commercial insurances to keep your credentialing. 


State insurance

Medicaid

$200-$250

This is includes initial application for State Medicaid only.

Medicaid MCO's

$50-$75

This includes applications for Medicaid MCO's including Sunflower, UHC and Healthy Blue Medicaid

Medicaid Attestations

$50-$100

This includes attestations for State Medicaid as well as Medicaid MCO's including Sunflower, UHC and Aetna Medicaid

Medicare

$200-$350

This includes initial application for State Medicare

Medicare MCO's

$75-$100

This includes applications for Medicare MCO's including Humana, UHC and Aetna Medicare

Medicare Attestations

$50-$100

This includes attestations for State Medicare and all Medicare MCO's including Humana, UHC and Aetna Medicare


Other Services

CHANGE OF INFORMATION

$50-$125

 This includes updating information such as address changes, updating contact information, changes in rosters, etc.  

CAQH Initial application

$200-$350

This includes initial application for CAQH if you have not created one. 

CAQH Attestations

$50-$100

This includes attestations for CAQH including changing information and uploading new documents.
